HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Book a time slot via our contact page and pick up your order for free in our workshop :

Shipping:
All shipments are done with insured shipment from Bpost (+12€). Our outgoing shipments are bundled and sent out once or twice a week. Once your order is paid and ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a track & trace code.
TOEPASSING & ONDERHOUD
IS MY PURCHASE DISHWASHER-SAFE?
Al onze gebruiksartikelen worden afgewerkt volgens het hoogbakprincipe (+- 1250°C voor glazuurstook) en kunnen hierdoor perfect in de vaatwasser & microgolfoven. Ook ovengebruik is geen probleem al raden we aan de temperatuurshock te beperken door geen gekoelde schotels rechtstreeks in een voorverwarmde oven te plaatsen.

De gebruikte glazuren zijn zorgvuldig samengesteld en onderworpen aan verschillende testen om de kwaliteit & voedselveiligheid te garanderen.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGED SHIPMENT?

Damaged items due to transportation will be resent free of charge.
WHO AM I?
I am Griet Vergauwen and as a child I was continuously in a creative zone. I loved to draw, write poetry and short stories and played music. In a later stage I briefly came into contact with clay, an experience that has lingered for more than 2 decades and eventually prompted me to seek out training in ceramics.
After 4 years of training and several master classes later, I started up my own studio in January '23 . Next to a full-time job and a household with 2 children perhaps not the most obvious choice, but I haven't regretted it for a moment and am enjoying the growth process to the fullest. Because honestly?
In a craft you evolve for a lifetime.
